If you are creating items specifically for the use of a local FFA chapter, you do not need to become an official licensee. Please have each local chapter advisor you work with fill out this Transfer License Request form to grant access.
Per National FFA Board of Directors policy, FFA chapters may create and order items bearing the FFA Name and Marks. The policy permits FFA chapters to directly sell items bearing the FFA Name and Marks if they are in compliance with policies established by the board and the sales are limited to an individual chapter’s local service area. The items may only be sold for the sole purpose of raising funds to support local, state or national FFA programs with specific conditions. A chapter’s local service area typically does not include internet sales. Chapters cannot authorize resale of goods that bear the FFA Name and Marks by other entities, dealers or wholesalers.
