Are you from Wisconsin? Have you ever attended a Fall Leadership Workshop?
Here in Wisconsin, we have these in all of our sections. Our state is divided into 10 sections, and a state officer represents each section. Since we are divided into sections, each section gets to have a Fall Leadership Workshop.
For example, during the Section Nine workshop, many chapter officers, advisors and members looking for new ways to promote and grow their chapters attended. A state officer ran each workshop, and some topics included advocating for the blue and gold, applying for officer positions, setting goals, and more. With this experience, people become more hands-on in FFA and meet new people. Making connections that will last a lifetime is what FFA is all about.
During these workshops, everyone learns new ways to bring together their FFA chapter, alumni group or community. Wisconsin FFA is always looking for new ways to continue strengthening communities and growing as one. No matter what your differences are, FFA is there to help everyone.
Many say, “You may outgrow the jacket, but you will never outgrow the experiences.” During Fall Leadership Workshops, Wisconsin brings many people together to grow. Together, we will become stronger. As these workshops help bring people together, so do we strengthen FFA for the future.
