Pictured here are my brother, Derek (in the John Deere 4455), and my dad, Scott, during spring fieldwork. This ground will be planted with silage corn for the cattle at our feedlot. This particular farm ground is owned by my great-grandfather, Rhinie Miller. Our family farming operation is owned by my grandpa, Richard Miller, who employs my dad and brother. This makes for three generations of Platte Valley FFA Alumni. I, too, completed my Greenhand year at the Platte Valley FFA Chapter before transferring high schools.
